All vendors are requested to be at the hotel by 8 am on Saturday and must be broken down by 9 pm Saturdaynight.
You are responsible for bringing extension cords andlighting if needed.
Please sign and return this form indicating your understanding of the application with payment. A minimum deposit
of $50.00 will guarantee placement at the pageant. All spaces are allocated on afirst come, first serve basis.

If I choose to submit an early deposit, the remaining balance will be sent in by August 1, 2010 for the booth.
I further understand that my depositwill not be refunded if I fail to contact Royal Elite Beauties and honoring
this contract by returning this application by the established deadline. Royal Elite Beauties reserves the right
to make any changes to thisagreement with proper notification to my business.
